Having been in the real estate industry since 1996 and having enjoyed my first posting to Greenwood, then returning in 1994, I have a detailed understanding of the real estate market in our neighbourhood. I have three grown children who have grown up in the area and have attended the local schools. As a former DND member and a DND spouse with a family of three children and a veteran of several moves I have a thorough understanding of the pressures involved in relocating a family around the country.
I grew up near Windsor, Nova Scotia and joined the military after high school. After several transfers within Canada and two years in England we arrived in Ottawa where I worked at Scotiabank for 7 years, starting as a teller and quickly working my way up to a Personal Banking Officer. After transferring to Greenwood, I worked as a mortgage specialist prior starting my career in real estate.
I achieved Masters Award level in 10 of the 11 years that I worked for a major leading competitor and Executive Club in my first year with REMAX.
Other than it’s highly visible location across from the Greenwood Mall, our office provides exposure to our listing clients through the advertising board in front of the office as well as 2 separate valley real estate guides.
